Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our main concern.
RETURNS - If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we want to make it right so we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price, less any shipping costs or other adjustments.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be made to the original method of payment once the returned item is received. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.
EXCHANGES - We are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge for shipping on exchanged orders within the US.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items, bulk orders, fabric samples or gift cards.
We are not responsible for return shipping from international orders and not able to reimburse for shipping charges.
We stand behind our goods, and we do our very best to provide you the best quality products, and customer experience we can. Given the nature of our linens, like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our linens after use, please contact us with your case. We want to hear from you and always want to learn how we can make improvements.
If you have received an item with a manufacturer's defect please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery and we'll gladly help.
