Most customers find our standard delivery is prompt and cost effective.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries outside the USA, not including processing times. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected locally at the time of delivery, depending on each country's policies. You may be charged an import tax, please check before you order to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Orders delivered outside the US are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.

SHIPPING COSTS + TRANSIT TIMES

Our shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination of each shipment. Making money on postage is not our business.

Occasionally, we may contact you to correct shipping costs and adjust your invoice accordingly.

All orders within the 48 contiguous United States are shipped for free. Choosing the paid shipping method does NOT mean that the order is shipped via a faster method. If you do need your order expedited, please contact us at team@lillaandcharles.com

Transit times are usually 1-2 days to the east coast, and up to 5 days to reach the west coast. Transit to the mid-west and south is about 2 – 4 days. International transit times vary from 1 – 4 weeks. This does not include processing time.
