Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Complimentary shipping

Complimentary shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $100 USD within the 48 contiguous United States.

International orders

Shipping costs for International shipments (outside the USA) are determined by your postal code destination and the weight of all items in the order total.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected locally at the time of delivery, depending on each country's policies. You may be charged an import tax, please check before you order to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we want to make it right so we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price, less any shipping costs or other adjustments.

We are not responsible for return shipping from international orders and not able to reimburse for shipping charges.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge for shipping on exchanged orders within the US.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items, bulk orders, fabric samples or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the original method of payment once return is received. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.

I did a fair amount of research looking for a breathable high quality linen sheet. I stumbled upon Lilla and Charles and it seemed to check all my boxes and i cannot express how happy I am with my decision.

I see a few concerns about lint etc however I have not expressed the degree of lint people have experienced. There is lint and a bit more dust accumulation however the quality of these sheets/blankets are worth any extra cleaning.

The craftsmanship is beautifully executed and I have to refrain from purchasing more!!

Perfect for Texan Nights

My partner and I used to struggle through Texan nights, switching between a comforter that was too warm and a quilt that was too thin. This linen blanket is the perfect solution. It's insulating enough to keep warm and breathable enough to keep cool, perfect for an indoor temperature between 74 and 79 degrees. My partner usually unconsciously throws off all blankets when they sleep in past 10, but this morning I found them hugging it like a best friend. Totally worth the money!
